You will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent across the organization. This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of talent lifecycle processes.Main Drivers For SuccessStrategic Talent Planning Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and align talent strategies with organizational goals.Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development.Learning & DevelopmentOversee leadership development programs, including high-potential identification and career pathing.Work with L&D teams to design and deliver impactful learning journeys.Performance & EngagementLead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.Diversity, Equity & InclusionChampion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across talent processes.Analytics & ReportingLeverage data to assess talent effectiveness, identify gaps, and inform decision-making.Present insights to senior leadership and recommend strategic interventions.Minimum Qualification & Experience MBA or Master’s in HR or related field. 10-12 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in talent management or leadership development. Experience in large-scale transformation or change management projects is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
