Mamun Group. is looking for Deputy General Manager (DGM) - HR & AdminJob Context:The Deputy General Manager – HR & Admin will play a strategic and operational leadership role in managing the organization’s human resources and administrative functions. The incumbent will be responsible for developing HR policies, ensuring compliance, enhancing organizational culture, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s overall business goals. He will lead the HR & Admin team to ensure effective talent management, employee engagement, disciplinary management, and efficient administrative operations across Head Office and Factory units.Key Job Responsibilities:Human Resource Management:Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company objectives.Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and on boarding processes.Lead performance management and appraisal systems to ensure fairness and transparency.Plan and execute training & development programs to enhance employee competencies.Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions as per company policy and labour law.Ensure proper succession planning and career path development.Administrative Management:Supervise office administration, logistics, housekeeping, transport, and security operations.Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll-related HRIS data accuracy in coordination with the Accounts department.Maintain liaison with government and regulatory bodies (Labour Office, Police, Fire Service, etc.).Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory act, and health & safety standards.Oversee renewal of trade licenses, factory licenses, and administrative permits.Strategic & Leadership Role:Support management in organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.Lead HR analytics, workforce cost control, and policy improvement initiatives.Build a positive work culture promoting teamwork, discipline, and employee engagement.Provide strategic advice to management on HR planning, compensation, and compliance issues.Educational RequirementsMaster’s in HRM / Business Administration / Management (MBA major in HRM preferred).PGDHRM or relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Performance appraisal, Labor Management, Human Resources & Development, Team Leadership, Policy Development, Foreign procurement, KPI management, Work Permit Visa ProcessingExperience Requirements10 to 12 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsMinimum 10–12 years of relevant experience including 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role.Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (Amended 2018) and HR best practices.Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.Leadership ability to manage large teams and multiple units.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.Job LocationDhaka, Faridpur
