Nabil Group is looking for Deputy General Manager/General Manager (Factory Operations)Job Description / ResponsibilityOversee day-to-day operations of the soybean oil plant to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and business targets.Optimize use of machinery, raw materials, and manpower to maximize output and reduce downtime.Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP) and regulatory requirements.Implement strict quality control procedures at every stage of production.Enforce safety protocols, environmental standards, and statutory compliance across the factory.Prepare and manage production budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal allocation of resources.Monitor inventory of raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, and spare parts.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical EngineeringMaster of Science (MSc) in Industrial Eng & ProductionExperience Requirements12 to 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Poultry,Food (Packaged),Dairy,Agro based Startup,Auto Rice MillAdditional RequirementsStrong leadership and decision-making abilities.Expertise in edible oil manufacturing processes (crushing, refining, bleaching, deodorizing).Knowledge of plant machinery and maintenance management.Excellent understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards.Budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization skills.Minimum 12–15 years of experience in edible oil/refinery industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Job LocationRajshahi
