Job PurposeThe Deputy Head of Sales supports the Head of Sales in overseeing daily operations and driving performance across the sales department. This role ensures operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement in sales processes. The Deputy Head also acts as a bridge between management and the sales team, combining analytical, strategic, and business development capabilities to enhance team efficiency and results.Key Responsibilities3. Reporting & Analytics Sales Performance MonitoringPrepare daily and weekly performance summaries including KPIs, conversion rates, and lead processing timesCollect, analyze, and interpret daily KPI statistics by sales representativesPrepare monthly performance reports to track progress toward team and brand-level goalsCreate and maintain dashboards and reports (HubSpot, Profity, Excel) to support data-driven managementProvide ad hoc performance insights and recommendations for the Head of Sales Sales Process SupportManage and monitor leads and the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and workload balanceSupport lead distribution and task prioritization for optimal productivityMonitor lead processing time (LPT), deleted deals, upsell opportunities, and payment status updatesEnsure proper CRM handle and data consistencyCoordinate mail management, autodialer processes, and other sales system operationsBuild and maintain targeted database lists, mapping sales opportunities and identifying support needsOversee and optimize CRM tools (HubSpot, Profity): structure, pipelines, templates, and automationDevelop and refresh email templates and onboarding materials for new projects or coursesTrain team members on CRM usage and best practices Team Coordination & CommunicationAct as the main operational liaison between the Head of Sales and sales repsTag and inform sales managers about important updates (e.g., payment status)Follow up KPIs throughout the day (11:00, 13:00, 15:00)Coordinate office presence, vacation schedules, and daily staffingManage newcomer onboarding and offboarding (account creation, process handover)Support monthly planning, resource distribution, and internal communicationsProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization within the sales cycleAnalyze KPIs, conversion rates, and sales data to detect bottlenecks and design actionable improvement plansExplore and recommend AI-driven automation and technological tools to enhance efficiency and data accuracyEvaluate and document process changes that could improve lead management, conversion, and overall team performanceCollaborate with the Head of Sales to design and implement scalable systems, ensuring long-term operational growthSupport the creation and rollout of new sales initiatives, courses, or tools that increase productivity or revenueDrive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, innovation, and accountabilityCompile and present weekly and monthly sales performance reportsTrack and visualize key trends in productivity, lead quality, and closing ratiosEnsure data consistency and alignment across all reports and systemsProvide clear, actionable insights to management for decision-makingRequirementsStrong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems Excellent organizational and multitasking skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailStrong communication and coordination abilitiesProactive approach to problem-solving and process optimizationIntermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets, PowerBI skillsKey CompetenciesStrategic Thinking - aligns process development with business goalsAnalytical Insight - uses data to identify opportunities and drive improvementInnovation & Automation - proactively explores AI and process automationOperational Excellence - ensures consistency and efficiency across sales operationsCollaboration & Leadership Support - builds strong connections with sales teams and managementAdaptability - able to manage changing priorities and assist across multiple tasks simultaneouslyBenefitsAbout our offer list: full-time opportunity, our goal is a high-quality result delivered on time (business hours are between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm); onsite work from the Budapest office with all the amenities you need for comfortable work; free access to all Laba Group courses after the probation period; +1000 to your knowledge and skills: you are going to work with various tools, formats, and processes.
