Imparo Ventures Ltd is looking for Deputy ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityTeam Leadership & CoordinationSupervise and guide junior marketing staff or interns.Delegate tasks and monitor progress on projects.Ensure team collaboration and productivity.Campaign ManagementAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations.Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Strategy SupportContribute to the development of marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decisions.Identify trends and insights to inform marketing approaches.Content & CommunicationOversee the creation of marketing materials (brochures, ads, social media posts, newsletters, etc.).Ensure brand consistency across all channels.Collaborate with content creators, designers, and agencies.Digital MarketingAssist in managing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and website updates.Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or HubSpot for performance tracking.Client & Stakeholder InteractionLiaise with internal departments (sales, project, customer service) to align messaging.Communicate with external partners, vendors, and agencies.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular performance reports on marketing campaigns.Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and efficiency.Budget OversightAssist in budget planning and ensure cost-effective marketing.Monitor expenditures and ensure campaigns stay within budget.Training & DevelopmentMentor junior team members and support their professional development.Help onboard new team members.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Marketing, Management, Real Estate Marketing, Reporting and DocumentationExperience Requirements10 to 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company ,Real Estate ,DeveloperJob LocationDhaka (DOHS Mohakhali)
