Deputy Manager (Automated Warehouse)

Key ResponsibilitiesListen to client requirements and propose optimal material handling or warehouse automation solutions.Analyze warehouse operation data to identify improvement opportunities and cost optimization.Collaborate with internal engineers and software teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations.Support the final contract closing process together with the sales team.Conduct technical presentations, solution demos, and client workshops to communicate complex concepts clearly.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities through referrals.Visit clients regularly (approx. once per week) in Samut Sakhon, Ayutthaya, or nearby provinces.Provide team leadership and oversee planning to ensure successful project outcomes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in management or team leadership roles.Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling industries (e.g., automated warehouses, logistics centers, distribution facilities).Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing warehouse operations and identifying improvement opportunities and cost optimization.Ability to translate client requirements into practical material handling or warehouse automation solutions.Experience collaborating with internal engineering and software teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to conduct technical presentations, solution demos, and client workshops.Business-level English proficiency.Proven ability to maintain and strengthen client relationships, as well as identify new business opportunities.Leadership experience, capable of overseeing planning and ensuring successful project outcomes.Driving license for client site visits.Japanese language proficiency (advantageous but not required).Experience in application engineering or solution consulting.Compensation & BenefitsWorking Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30One Saturday per month required until the end of this year; no Saturdays required from next year onward.Basic Salary: THB 150,000 per month + other allowancesJapanese Language Allowance (if applicable)Benefits:Group Health InsuranceProvident FundAnnual BonusOther benefits according to company policyif you are interested, please submit your CV to email: K.Aum chulalak.i@keystone.co.th
