Deputy Manager Functional ODM (Oracle Discrete Manufacturing)

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing (ODM) Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Manufacturing modules tailored to the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing and hands-on Implementation experience in Home Textile Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, Stitching (Cut to Pack) Production Process.What your typical day will look likeImplementation & Configuration for Textile Manufacturing:Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 ODM implementation, aligned with textile production workflows.Configure Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Inventory, Costing for Home Textile routing, and shop floor controls for stitching, finishing, and garment assembly.Support & Process Optimization:Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues in WIP Discrete Job and material costing variances.Conduct user training for production supervisors, shop floor operators, and planners and optimize textile manufacturing workflows.Documentation & Compliance:Prepare functional specs (MD.50), technical designs (MD.70), and test scripts TE.040 for textile manufacturing scenarios.Ensure compliance with Oracle AIM/OUM methodology and maintain document textile-specific configurations, user manuals, and training guides.What you need to succeed at this roleACCA/BS in Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, Inventory, Pre Costing and Costing).Hands on experience with atleast 2-3 full lifecycle implementations in discrete manufacturing (textile/apparel industry is preferred).Strong working knowledge of textile sector; spinning, weaving, dyeing and stitching.Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, Interfaces, and Data Migration for manufacturing data is preferred.Location: Head Office, Lahore*We are an equal opportunity employer & encourage workforce diversity.
