Job Description

HR Operations:Supervise and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, performance appraisals, promotions, separations, and data updatesEnsure accurate and timely updates of employee information in HRMS, PSW Connect, and other relevant systemsMaintain personnel files and digital records ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit standards. Ensure complete documentation and record-keeping for all HR operationsEnsure consistent application of HR policies, SOPs, and SDPs across all employee-related processesProvide day-to-day operational support to Manager People Services in implementing HR projects and process improvementsHRMS & Automation:Coordinate with IT and HR vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and module configurationsMonitor system workflows to ensure seamless ESS/MSS functionality and user adoptionMaintain HRMS data validation, process mapping, and implementation of system improvements and suggest process automation ideasPayroll & Benefits Administration:Verify payroll inputs and employee benefits before monthly closureOversee timely processing of benefits such as medical insurance, fuel cards, LFA, festive allowance, leave encashments, daycare reimbursement etcLiaise with Finance and insurance vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain benefit accuracyCompliance, Documentation & Audits:Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring data integrity and policy complianceEnsure compliance with established Service Delivery Protocols (SDPs), and report process issues or deviations for corrective actionDevelopment and ensure periodic review of SDPsCoordinate escalations and maintain issue logs to ensure timely resolutionEnsure HR documentation and employee files are audit-ready at all timesEmployee Relations & Service Excellence:Respond to employee queries, grievances, and service requests within defined SLAsPromote a customer-service mindset within the People Services teamSupport employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms (e.g., Helpdesk, ESS surveys)Data Analytics & Reporting:Maintain HR operational reports and analysis and assist in preparation of dashboards for review by Manager People ServicesProvide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making and strategic planningAssist in preparation of periodic service performance reports and KPI dashboardsTeam Leadership & Collaboration:Supervise day-to-day activities of People Services Executives under the guidance of the Manager People Services. Coordinate with HR sub-functions to support cross-functional service delivery activitiesRequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field7-8 years of experience in HR Operations or People Services, preferably in a tech-driven organizations.
