JOB SUMMARYThe Partnership & Strategic Alliance Deputy Manager is responsible for planning, building and maintaining business relationships with external parties, such as ministries, government agencies, organizations and other entities. This role also acts as EPF Liaison Officer for any collaboration with external parties and internal stakeholders.JOB DESCRIPTIONAssist in developing annual plan for Strategic Alliance, Smart Partnership and strategic engagement. This requires conducting research on industry and organisations for planning and prioritization of strategic collaboration.Coordinate, manage and ensure good governance over policies, processes, and guidelines for strategic alliance, partnership and strategic engagement management.Prospecting strategic partners for collaboration to ensure cooperation and networking with external parties are implemented in an orderly manner. Coordinate with external/third parties to establish strategic alliances and partnerships that are in line with departmental and divisional strategic objectives.Building and maintaining business relationship with external parties and act as EPF Liaison Officer between internal stakeholders and external parties & representatives of government agencies.Implement strategic alliance & partnership action plans and initiatives as well as engagement programs to ensure that departmental and divisional strategic objectives reach targets.Coordinate the preparation of draft business cases, agreements and related documents to establish strategic alliance and partnership and present proposals to Management for approval. Assist in business and technical assessment and manage proposals received from external parties for Management approval . Coordinate, negotiate and finalise MoU/agreement with external parties.Facilitate and monitor the implementation and performance of third parties/EPF business partners to ensure the effectiveness of the Collaboration.Assist in facilitating and resolve high impact business issues and suggest the continuation or termination of collaboration based on the value creation provided.JOB REQUIREMENTSMalaysian citizen.Pass Bahasa Melayu subject including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) levelBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, Corporate Communication or a related field from local or overseas higher learning institutions recognised by the Malaysian government.At least six (6) years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or partnership & strategic alliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Proven track record of successfully forming and managing partnerships.JOB STATUSPermanentAll applications are strictly CONFIDENTIAL and only shortlisted candidates will be called in for interview.
