At Windsor, you will join a supportive and collaborative team committed to creating a caring and innovative learning environment where your expertise, energy and commitment are both recognised and celebrated.About The RoleAs the Deputy Principal P-2, you will work to improve the educational outcomes of students within the early years, support the development and enhancement of teaching and learning quality, and foster positive relationships among students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders.Responsibilities IncludeYour ResponsibilitiesAs the Deputy Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to providing quality learning outcomes for all students.Work closely with our Inclusion team holding an important position on the Student Support Services team.Maintain the quality or our transition to school processes including Prep enrolment interviews and transition to school programs.Work with the HOD-C and Deputy Principal 3-6 to embed consistency of practice across our school.Oversee various portfolios such as The Arts, including Instrumental Programs.About YouWe are seeking candidates who are strong relational communicators with the ability to integrate socially just practices into everyday school life.
