Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.Job DescriptionsCoordinate and manage branches within the regional area, ensuring smooth operations and overseeing the academic processLead all activity initiatives within branches, including events, promotions, and other marketing efforts aimed at driving student engagement and enrollmentDevelop work plans and target achievement strategies for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual periodsParticipate in negotiations with schools to secure agreements for class-by-class student counseling sessions.Provide training to develop the team's skills.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Profit and Loss (PnL) management, including evaluating local market conditions and identifying current and potential sales opportunities to optimize revenueOversee the entire customer experience, managing the end-to-end customer journey to ensure satisfaction and foster loyaltyResponsible for handling multiple regions.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in any major3 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business OperationsGood knowledge of people management and experience in handling a teamPossess strong negotiation skillsHave excellent analytical abilities
