Deputy Sales Manager

This company offers a collaborative environment where employees can thrive, gain valuable experience, and contribute to exciting projects on a global scale.Responsibilities:Oversee sales and marketing functions with regional suppliers in a global capacity.Establish credit lines and conduct thorough financial assessments of customers while managing credit control.Collaborate with overseas offices to identify potential customers and expand sales of plastic resin (PP).Liaise with suppliers, clients, and overseas offices, including coordination with the Head Office.Analyze pricing trends from suppliers to customers/distributors on a monthly or weekly basis.Conduct quarterly reviews of sales budgets with suppliers/distributors.Prepare monthly sales reports or additional reports as required.Engage with customers through visits to enhance service and build relationships.Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to maximize business potential.Assist in presenting new product grades to customers.Support customer activities and coordinate with assigned personnel to enhance profitability and industry presence within marketing strategies.Foster teamwork with liaising offices to support regional customers.Ensure compliance with regulations in assigned areas.Work with the principal to achieve sales targets according to the established price list.Address outstanding invoices and resolve customer complaints.Develop and implement localized sales strategies.Contribute to local key account management and maintain customer connections.Provide local market insights to the team and coordinate marketing, distribution, and technical services for end-user relations.Requirements:Possession of a Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline.Prior experience in import and export business, particularly in forwarding and trading activities, is advantageous.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills required.Familiarity with plastics/polymer products is preferred.Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds.Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on “Apply”.
