In this role, you will manage daily operations related to derivatives transactions, support trade execution, and ensure accurate trade settlement and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct data analysis, and maintain compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in optimizing operational processes and contributing to projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness in derivatives operations.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to manage and interpret data, identify trends, and troubleshoot operational issuesExcellent communication skills to interact effectively with teams, customers, and stakeholdersExperience in sales and a deep understanding of financial products and derivativesProficiency in operations management and project management for streamlining processes and delivering on key initiativesAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with financial or trading platforms and tools is an advantageBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
