As our Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for accounts payable and manage supplier invoices and payments. In your role you will also support the accounting function in their daily tasks. You will be an internal point of contact and work closely with several departments within the Desenio Group to support them in matters related to invoices and payments. You will report to Group Accounting Manager and be part of a team of 5 talented colleagues.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for the suppliers’ ledgers in the Group, which includes processing and posting incoming invoices Handle internal and external questions regarding invoices Responsibility for supplier invoices being paid on time and forecasting of future payments Reconciliation of bank accounts and incoming payments from payment providers Daily administrative tasks, such as customer refunds, B2B orders etc.
