The Design Architect will be responsible for developing high-quality conceptual architectural designs, managing projects, preparing DD drawings & presentations, and coordinating with clients, sub-consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Postion and expereince levels:Architects: 3 to 6 yearsSenior Architects: 7 to 12 YearsImmediate requirementQualificationsStrong expertise in Architectural Design with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Design Management and the ability to develop comprehensive design strategiesExperience in preparing and reviewing detailed Construction DrawingsExcellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team membersKnowledge of sustainable design principlesProficient in relevant architectural software and toolsCandidates good at hand sketches, parametric design and graphic design sensibilities prefered A Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture focussing on Design & substanibility Candidates with proven experience in creating designs and handling mid to large scale projects for diverse sectors, such as residential, corporate, or mixed-use developments, preferedInetrested?
