Site Supervisor

Design & Build Recruitment is working with a builder developer on the Gold Coast, working on an exciting, landmark residential development. I am searching for an experienced Site Supervisor with previous experience working on high rise residential projects valued over $50M. This is a long term, permanent position, with work guaranteed for the next few years and future projects in the pipeline. ResponsibilitiesLead the on-site construction subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Manage project resources including labour, materials, and equipment. Work within budgetary constraints.

Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulationsCoordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure smooth project progression and timely resolution of any issues. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work meets the project specifications and design requirements. RequirementsAbility to work autonomously. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor running projects $50M+Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Sound understanding of health and safety procedures and a commitment to ensuring compliance on-site.
