A well-established and reputable residential builder is seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join their close-knit team. Specialising in Project Homes, this business has a strong pipeline of work and a culture built on trust, support, and long-term staff retention. You’ll take ownership of the drafting process from preliminary design through to construction documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and buildability across all projects. Working closely with estimators, schedulers, supervisors, and consultants, you’ll help streamline the design-to-construction process and support efficient project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed working drawings and documentation for residential projectsAmend and update plans based on client selections, variations, and regulatory feedbackLiaise with internal teams and external consultants to ensure plans are accurate and compliantEnsure all documentation meets relevant building codes, council requirements, and developer guidelinesMaintain drawing registers and version controlWhat You’ll Need:
