Job Description

We're partnering with a well-established commercial construction company that is seeking a temporary AP/AR Officer to join their finance team for a 6 week Annual Leave cover. The RoleReporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the full function Accounts Payable and Receivable duties, ensuring accurate and timely processing using JobPac. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end processing of accounts payable and receivable transactionsReconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepanciesGenerating and issuing invoicesDaily bank reconciliations and allocationsAssisting with month-end processes and reportingLiaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliersMaintaining data accuracy in JobPac and associated systemsAbout You:
