Design Director

We’re partnering with a high-profile government organisation to source a Design Manager, Visual Communications — this role will suit a Creative Lead or Design Director.As part of a growing Design and Production team, this role sits at the heart of a major uplift in design standards and visual communication practices. You’ll lead a team of designers in creating clear, accessible and functional design systems that ensure consistency across thousands of public-facing and operational materials — from community campaigns to critical documents.In this role you’ll shape the organisation’s visual identity, establish design standards, and help steer future brand refresh initiatives.
