The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our design team to develop new collections and work on custom design projects. The candidate must possess strong technical expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with a keen eye for trends, patterns, and color palettes.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with in-house designers and creative teams to develop new wallpaper collections.Design custom wallpaper based on client requirements and project briefs.Research design trends, patterns, textures, and color themes to create innovative and market-relevant designs.Prepare and finalize print-ready files while ensuring high-quality outputs.Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Maintain organized design files, mood boards, and reference materials.Requirements3 years of experience in wallpaper or surface pattern design (experience in textile or interior design is a plus).Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (knowledge of additional design software is a plus).Strong understanding of color theory, repeat patterns, and print production processes.Ability to translate design concepts into production-ready files.Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with interior design brands or wallpaper companies.Familiarity with custom design workflows and client coordination.Knowledge of current design and décor trends.What We OfferOpportunity to work on exclusive collections and custom projects.A collaborative and dynamic creative environment.Competitive compensation package.Room for growth and learning in a design-focused role.
