And they have only one goal: to supercharge clients' brands and help them acquire and retain customers.Role DescriptionQuality and Consistency Assurance: Overseeing and verifying projects against the highest visual and technical standards (resolution, colour accuracy, file format), ensuring full brand guideline complianceTeam and Process Management: Strategic delegation of tasks, efficient workflow structuring, progress monitoring, and balancing the team's capacity to meet deadlines consistentlyDevelopment and Mentoring: Providing regular, constructive, and occasionally corrective feedback; sharing knowledge to foster the growth and independence of designersLeadership Communication: Acting as the "bridge" between departments (Operations, PMs, Clients), effectively facilitating constructive discussions, and professionally managing feedbackConducting your own professional projects: manage various design projects and share your expertise with clients and other participants in the projectsProactive Problem Solving: Identifying content-related and UX issues and implementing effective, sustainable solutions that drive the project forward.RequirementsDocumented experience in a senior or lead design management role and in the e-commerce industryFluent English level (min.
