Especially leads the group by managing their activitiesResponsibilitiesAccountable for :Complying With Engineering Disciplines Processes And Design Rules:Plan, monitor and control activities according to Engineering discipline PD of his/her PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management)In charge of the robust design / validation in line with the economical targetsReview Internal requirements, Customer Requirements, SpecificationsPerform or support design calculations / simulations / coding / associated acceptance testsApplies Standardization rules, exceptionally will request destandardizations based on justificationsResponsible for Engineering discipline design reviews preparationInterface with the customer for the Engineering discipline contentReport and escalate to the Product Technical Manager/Leader/Eng and his HierarchicalResponsible for the detailed scheduling and budgetingContribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investmentsEstablish detail breakdown of the activities to meet the milestonesFollow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget and timingManagement of the contributorsDaily management of his groupAssign to them the needed work packagesRegular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilitiesPeople Management: YES ☑ NO ◻Hierarchical & Functional: FunctionalIf yes how many employees are managed?Budget Management: YES ◻ NO ☑
