From packed-out sports bars to clinking cocktails and game-day celebrations, our venues are built for connection and centered around guest obsession.We’re the team behind The Sporting Globe, TGI Fridays, and Varsity, with 50+ locations (and growing) across Australia.As we continue to go far and go together, we’re seeking a Design Manager who will shape creative design solutions that bring our hospitality environments to life across all our brands.What You’ll Be DoingCreate, refine and evolve scalable design components across the full Signature Hospitality portfolio.Create 3D models, 2D Drawings, presentations, and details that effectively communicate design intent to a high standard.Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and textures that are durable, easy to maintain, and fit the aesthetic of the establishment.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure evolving needs are reflected in venue design standards.Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to align technical execution with design intent.Strong oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations to senior management.Balance creative vision with commercial awareness, aligning design outcomes with strategic objectives.What You’ll BringMinimum of 6+ years of progressive design experience in hospitality, architectural, or experiential design.Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.Proven track record of managing ambiguity and collaborating effectively throughout the creative process.Expertise in design skills including concepting, ideation, colour theory, typography, and spatial design.Strong capabilities in Revit/ Autodesk, Adobe Suite, Inscape or similar for rendering.Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and present confidently to senior management.The ability to translate design intent into practical, buildable solutions, and the ability to provide value management options.Ability to work independently while also guiding and collaborating with cross-functional teams on a projects that range in complexities.Holds a current driver’s license.Why Join Us?Influential support role in a fast-growing national hospitality group.Opportunity to be a part of our innovation using AI, automation, and data insights.Competitive salary package with company perks and incentive opportunities.A supportive, collaborative, and fun Support Office team that celebrates wins together.Ready to Raise the Bar?If you’re a Design Manager who thrives on impact, innovation, and building strong partnerships, we’d love to meet you!
