Lead the Future of Luxury DesignThe OpportunityAs a Design Manager, you will be working closely with the development and architectural teams to coordinate the design delivery of luxury commercial projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring that design integrity is upheld while balancing cost, time, and scope considerations.This Role InvolvesManaging the design process across multiple commercial construction projects.Ensuring the design intent aligns with GemLife’s high standards and project objectives.Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants to drive efficiency and resolve design challenges.Reviewing and overseeing documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.Working closely with stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to maintain seamless project execution.Overseeing functional briefs and consultant scopes, ensuring alignment with project goals.Proactively managing risks, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions.Mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
