Job Description- Review of basic and detailed design drawings: Assess structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), fire-protection plans, etc., and also ensure compliance with guidelines from the the facility’s design guidelines and technical standards.- Coordination with internal departments (such as project management team)- Management of the design department: team operation, quality improvement, etc.- Clients: Japanese real estate developers- Properties: Tenants in commercial facilities such as shopping malls- Business: Acting as an intermediary between developers and tenants to handle various coordination tasks related to design and construction.Required Skills- Approx. 10 years of design experience at a construction company└ Ability to understand building structural calculations and MEP systems.- At least some experience as a leader role to supervisory staffs.- English(Intermediate for internal communication)Preferred Skills- Knowledge/experience in interior design work, experience in structural design is more highly valued
