Job DescriptionAs a Design & Planning Specialist at Nokia, you will lead the integration and customization of our cutting-edge IP and Optics solutions for diverse customers, primarily in the Asia/India region but also supporting global initiatives. Managing a dynamic team of over 200 professionals, you will ensure seamless integration that boosts customer satisfaction and drives revenue growth. You'll lead integration and customization of Nokia solutions, ensuring we meet diverse customer requirements. By generating revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction, your expertise will directly impact our planning, designing, and operational phases.In this role, you will tackle complex engineering challenges, consult on network configuration, and develop project strategies that optimize network management.You'll also act as a technical lead, influencing critical decisions while coaching team members.Key Skills And ExperienceYou have:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 12+ years of work experience.Proven experience in design and planning of network solutions and strong knowledge of network architecture and protocol standardsExperience in project management and strategy developmentExperience with data analytics for network optimizationExperience with cloud-based network solutionsIt would be nice if you also had:Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)Background in customer service and client relationship managementCoaching and mentoring capabilities to develop team membersAbout Us Come create the technology that helps the world act togetherNokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
