Our client in the Upper North Shore region is looking for a Creative Traffic Coordinator to join their team. This role keeps the creative studio running smoothly ensuring projects flow efficiently from briefing through to delivery, deadlines are met and the team stays on track. You don’t need formal design qualifications, what matters most is your work ethic, energy and attitude. If you’re fast, organised, curious, and genuinely enjoy helping others, you’ll love this opportunity!12 month FTC (with potential to go permanent) - Upper North Shore location - HybridSalary $60k + SuperKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the day-to-day flow of creative projects across design, copy, and production teams.Schedule, track and update timelines to ensure work is delivered on time.Support project setup - uploading briefs, gathering assets, and ensuring all details are complete.Maintain workflow systems (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Trello) and keep project status up to date.Allocate resources and flag any workload or timing conflicts early.Communicate clearly between internal stakeholders and creative teams.Assist with meeting coordination, reviews and approvals.Provide general administrative support to keep the studio running efficiently.About YouHighly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.Fast and accurate typist with strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of basic Adobe file types is preferred.A proactive doer who’s calm under pressure and loves keeping things moving.Keen to learn and grow within a creative environment.Comfortable with technology and interested in how AI and digital tools can improve workflow.Confident with basic PowerPoint or presentation edits.ExperienceAround 1–2 years’ experience in a creative, marketing or production environment (agency or in-house) is ideal -though graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.Familiarity with project management tools (or willingness to learn)If you’re a hands-on organiser who thrives on variety, supporting creative teams, and keeping projects moving smoothly, this is your chance to make your mark!Ready to grow and learn in a fast-paced, collaborative studio?
