We are expanding our semiconductor-focused team to support our strong global partnerships, particularly with several US semiconductor companies.We are seeking an experienced Design Verification Engineer with a strong background in digital design verification and a crucial interest in hardware security to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge complex SoCs and IP blocks across high-growth domains.Job Details:Company: TecknozLocation: Dhaka, BangladeshJob Type: Full-Time (Hybrid but mostly Remote - 80%)Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (1 Year ~ 3 Years)Salary: Negotiable; based on skills and experienceMandatory Skills 🧠Candidates must possess a strong foundation in digital design verification and security awareness:SystemVerilog & UVM: Strong understanding of testbench development and advanced verification methodologies.Digital Design & Verification: Solid grasp of RTL design, simulation, assertions, and coverage-driven verification (CDV).Hardware Security Concepts: Awareness of vulnerabilities and threat modeling in digital hardware.Advanced Verification Exposure: Experience in one or more complex domain areas relevant to our clients (e.g., verifying RISC-V processors, high-speed interfaces like PCIe, or functional safety mechanisms).Preferred / Optional Skills ➕Experience with the UVM methodology for building scalable verification environments.Knowledge of formal verification and assertion-based verification techniques.Exposure to security testing methods (fault injection, side-channel analysis, privilege attacks).Basic knowledge of cryptographic hardware blocks (AES, RSA, ECC, etc.).Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Perl, TCL, or shell).Familiarity with Linux environments, version control (Git), and collaborative workflows.Tecknoz Hiring ProcessOur hiring process is designed to thoroughly evaluate your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and fit with our client-centric approach.1st Interview (1 hour): This session will be conducted with a Hiring Manager and a technical team member. It includes a 30-minute problem-solving period dedicated to technical challenges. The team will also provide a short homework assignment to check your problem-finding and solving skills.2nd Interview: This focuses on understanding the working scope and ensuring alignment with our client's specific needs. One team member from the client's side might attend this interview.3rd Interview (Final): A final meeting with the team, primarily focused on solidifying the role, reviewing expectations, and the salary negotiation period.
