Design Verification Engineer

We aim to be a full-fledged R&D centre, spanning from RTL design to post-sillicon verification.Responsibilities:At Faraday Technology Vietnam, we are constantly striving to grow our organization by bringing in the best talents to our team. As an Experienced Functional Verification Engineer, you main responsibilities will include but not limit to:Lead functional verification at IP/subsystem/SoC level, including RTL, xprop & gate simulation, ensuring compliance with advanced industry standards.Analyze design specifications, develop comprehensive test plans, and architect advanced verification environments for IP, subsystem, and SoC levels.Achieve coverage goals using modern methodologies, including UVM, coverage-driven verification, transaction-level modeling, SystemVerilog interfaces, and virtual sequencers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven verification tools and methodologies for enhanced efficiency.Manage projects, provide technical leadership, and deliver regular progress updates to stakeholders and clients.Mentor junior engineers, develop senior engineers, and/or lead a team of 4 -6 members (depend on your experience and expertise).Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in modern verification methodologies, including UVM, SystemVerilog.Experience with formal verification is a plus.Strong understanding of ARM-based CPU ASIC/SoC.Experience with RISC-V is a plus.Experience with PCIe Gen 4/5/6, USB 3.0/3.2/4.0, DDR4/5, LPDDR4/5/6, MIPI CSI2/DSI2.Experience with UCIe, CXL, UFS is a plus.Experience with AI/ML-based verification approaches or tools is a plus.Expertise in Cadence verification tools (e.g., Xcelium, Verisium, vManager) is a plus.Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills.BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related majors.Strong English communication skills, with proficiency in technological terms and phrases.Minimum 2 years of experience in functional verification, with preference for candidates holding senior title/role or aboveOur benefits:Attractive and Competitive Compensation Package Lunch and Transport AllowanceHealthcare insurance program Advanced career and development opportunitiesProfessional and Engaging working environmentVarious Employee Engagement Activities throughout the year (Year End Party, Birthday celebration, Company Trip, ….)
