Our focus on constant improvement ensures that we adapt to meet our clients' needs and deliver the highest level of service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Paços de Ferreira for a Designer - R&D. The Designer will be responsible for developing and executing innovative designs, working closely with the engineering team to ensure product performance and aesthetics. Daily tasks include creating design concepts, drafting detailed drawings, prototyping, and collaborating with the production team to bring designs to life. The Designer will also conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new materials and technologies into designs.QualificationsDesign and Creativity: Proficient in creating innovative design concepts and detailed drawings.Engineering and Technical Skills: Prototyping, materials selection, and collaborating with engineering teams.Research and Innovation: Ability to conduct trend analysis and integrate new technologies and materials into designs.Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, both written and verbal, with strong spoken and written English skills.Relevant academic background: Degree in Design, or a related field.Relevant software skills: SolidWorks, Sketchup, VRay and other design tools.Other Software Skills: Office 365, Slack, ClickUPKnowledge of acoustics and the audio industry or related fields would be advantageous.
