Mid-Level Graphic DesignerH/Advisors Cicero, London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid)Location: London Hybrid (3 days p week in the office)The RoleWe’re looking for a talented Graphic and Digital Designer to join our creative team at H/Advisors Cicero. You’ll work alongside strategists, consultants, and creatives to deliver bold, intelligent design solutions that drive impact and elevate our clients’ stories.Responsibilities Of The RoleLead the creative development and execution of design projects across digital and print. Collaborate with consultants and clients to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual outputs. Develop brand identities, campaign assets, presentations, reports, infographics, and social media content – including video and animation. Ensure consistency and quality across all design touchpoints. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence and clarity. Contribute to the evolution of our creative offering and help mentor junior designers. Skills, Experience And Qualities You Will NeedProven experience in a mid-level design role, ideally within an agency or corporate communications environment. Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership and versatility across digital and print. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and digital design tools (e.g. Figma, After Effects). Understanding of corporate brand guidelines and the ability to work within them creatively. Experience working directly with clients and presenting design concepts with clarity and confidence. The Ideal (wow-factor) Candidate Will HaveA strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. Comfortable leading creative conversations and guiding clients through the design process. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
