Designer – Luxury Women’s RTW

Mode Search are proud to be partnering with a high-growth luxury womenswear brand in their search for an Interim Designer to support the development of upcoming collections.Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO – a celebrated creative leader with a track record of building globally recognised fashion businesses – this role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, creatively driven environment. The Designer will play a key role in shaping the brand’s collections, contributing fresh ideas while staying true to the brand’s refined and sophisticated aesthetic.The role can be based remotely within Europe.The Role:Develop seasonal concepts and design collections across ready-to-wear and denimCreate elegant, minimal, and modern silhouettes that reflect the brand’s luxury identityConduct research across vintage references, runway archives, art, and cultural movements to inspire new design directionCollaborate closely with product development and technical design teams to translate concepts into high-quality garments with exceptional fit and finishContribute to the brand’s broader creative vision, including styling and direction for lookbooks and campaign shootsPartner directly with the Founder to ensure design concepts align with the overall brand DNA and business objectivesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years' experience in luxury or elevated contemporary fashion designStrong design portfolio showcasing a refined aesthetic, attention to silhouette, and expert drapingProven ability to design across multiple RTW categoriesDeep technical understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and premium finishing techniquesHighly collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environmentPassionate about building a culturally relevant brand with long-term creative integrityPlease note: Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to provide individual feedback at this stage.
