Designer (Motion & Visual Design)Location: Hybrid – Stockholm office (2-3 days per week)Contract Type: 12-month freelance contractWe are looking for a talented Motion & Visual Designer to join our client’s team on a 12-month freelance contract. The role focuses on designing and producing multimedia content and visual assets that align with Ericsson’s design guidelines, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:Design and produce multimedia content and visual assets, including videos, animations, illustrations, and icons, following Ericsson’s design guidelines.Create and adapt UX/UI components and layouts to maintain consistency, accessibility, and alignment with project objectives.Develop various models based on Ericsson’s visual language and use cases, ensuring coherent and consistent designs.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, communications, and learning to ensure cohesive content delivery.Contribute to UX/UI design tasks such as wireframing, prototyping, user flow definition, and usability improvements.Support design documentation and handoff to developers or other stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.6-8 years of hands-on experience in motion design and visual design.Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Audacity, Audition, or similar.Strong understanding of design principles, lighting, composition, and graphic/video editing.Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with SPMs, SMEs, and other stakeholders.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to high-quality work.Strong sense of visual storytelling.Competencies:Digital: User Experience Design (UXD) / Visual DesignLocation & Working Arrangement:Hybrid, based in Stockholm office 2-3 days per weekContract Duration:12 months (freelance)
