We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Designer with mid to senior-level experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both product and brand design, with a proven track record working in agency environments preferred. You will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, impactful design solutions that resonate with our users and reflect our brand’s identity.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design projects, integrating product and brand design to create cohesive, engaging user experiences.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that translate complex concepts into simple, elegant designs.Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to continuous improvements in design processes and standards.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency-like environment, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.RequirementsMid to senior-level experience in full stack design with a strong portfolio demonstrating product and brand design expertise.Agency experience preferred, showcasing the ability to handle diverse client challenges and tight timelines.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.Exceptional visual design skills paired with a deep understanding of user experience and interaction design.Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner across teams and articulate design decisions.
