Meghna Knit Composite Limited is looking for Designer/Sr. Designer (Women's Wear)Job Summary:We are looking for creative and trend-savvy Designer/Sr. Designer (Women’s Wear) to develop premium knitwear designs for our UK-based market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and customer needs.Job Responsibilities:Develop innovative and premium women’s knitwear designs.Interpret UK-based fashion trends and translate them into marketable designs.Create tech packs, mood boards, and presentation materials.Collaborate with the product development team for sampling and production follow-up.Guide junior designers and assist in developing design collections.Job Location: Factory – Gazipur (In special cases, may work from Dhaka Office)Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or Apparel from a reputed institution.Experience Requirements3 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile,Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsStrong understanding of UK-based design trends and buyer requirements.Willingness to travel locally or internationally for design development and sourcing.Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.Highly creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.Job LocationGazipur
