You’ll be the go-to for day-to-day design needs across the business - especially in digital display campaigns, CRM, customer support, and light-touch UI design.You’ll be primarily based in our Central London office but with some flexibility to WFH. And be reporting into one of the UK’s most experienced and awarded Creative Directors.Your job is to keep things moving - producing high-quality, on-brand assets that free him up to focus on the big ideas.If you love crafting clean, effective designs, turning around iterations at pace, and throwing in the occasional bit of motion or video editing, you’ll thrive here.You’ll be an important part of a small, very collaborative and agile team where your work is seen, used, and appreciated every day - not lost in a feedback loop for six weeks.What makes this role perfect for you:You enjoy delivering quality design at pace - resizing, versioning, reworking, and iterating without egoYou’re comfortable animating social content or campaign assets (Premiere Pro, After Effects, motion graphics etc)You can edit simple, short videos (for walkthroughs, FAQs, support content, etc)You like working across different formats - social, email, CRM, app UI, and moreYou’re comfortable working under a Creative Director who’ll guide the big thinking - and trust you to executeYou want variety in your day: ad creative, emails, app screens, video headers, and moreYou care about visual detail, brand consistency and clear communicationYou’re open, collaborative, enthusiastic and hungry to grow.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Creative & Always-On AssetsCreate and iterate on digital assets for paid campaigns (social, display, video pre-rolls)Resize, reformat and version creative based on channel needs and performance dataDeliver clean, smart designs that convert - not just look prettyMotion & Video DesignAnimate performance marketing assets, social content, or product explainers (simple motion graphics)Edit short videos for customer-facing use (FAQ content, app walkthroughs, CRM embeds)Create GIFs, loops, transitions and kinetic type content that brings the brand to lifeCRM & Email ContentDesign headers and imagery for lifecycle emails and CRM flowsWork with the CRM lead to test and optimise email visuals for engagement and clarityMaintain consistency across all customer touchpointsCustomer Support & Help ContentTurn common customer questions into clear, branded visual content (FAQs, guides, videos)Create lightweight explainers or animations to support app use and onboardingCollaborate with the support team to identify design needsUI & Product SupportSupport the Engineering team with UI tweaks and design elements for the appUse Figma to update screens and mockups based on existing design systemEnsure product visuals stay consistent and on-brand without needing deep UX inputRequired Experience & Skills:2 - 4 years' experience in a design role (agency or in-house)Strong portfolio showing clean, effective design across multiple formatsMust be willing to work in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Experience in basic motion design and video editingAble to juggle multiple tasks and turn around quick edits and variations with accuracyComfortable working with feedback and direction from senior creativesDetail-oriented and organised - especially when working with lots of asset versionsCurious, humble, and excited by a brand with a missionDesirable Skills & Experience:Experience in fintech, challenger brands, or content-rich campaignsExposure to email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot)Understanding of social platform creative best practices (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)Interest in money, financial alternatives, gold, crypto, or freedom-focused movementsAI & beyond. Enthusiastic and open minded about practical solutions that can help us get our message out to new customers.
