Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have Additional RequirementsProven at least 5 working experience in wear techUp to date with the latest garment design-construction trends and best practicesKnowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques, and sensibility for costing/designAbility to resolving variety fitting issues & modify pattern by CAD, Gerber preferredBachelor’s Degree in Garment engineering or related fieldExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel, PPT, MS Team, drawingsFlex PLM system experience will be a plusCompetency Requirements (if Applicable)Behavioral Competencies:Decision MakingCommunicationCollaborationConflict Management and Problem SolvingTime Management and Driving ExecutionLanguage Proficiency:Fluent in: EnglishSpecific Working ConditionsFrequency of Travel or Vendor VC: As required
