Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your new Role:Responsable de producir contenidos gráficos animados 3D y assets visuales en tiempo real, de acuerdo con los requerimientos editoriales y técnicos del grupo WBD Chile. Este rol aplica su experiencia en gráficos tridimensionales, postproducción y herramientas de diseño avanzadas para proyectos broadcast y de realidad aumentada, contribuyendo con alto estándar visual y cumplimiento de tiempos.Your role Accountabilities:Conceptualizar y desarrollar la idea visual de proyectos gráficos 3D, integrando requerimientos creativos, técnicos y de arte para alinearse con la identidad visual del canal.Evaluar los briefs creativos y determinar tiempos, recursos y herramientas óptimas para la ejecución, trabajando en colaboración con la supervisión del área.Planificar y gestionar sus tareas asignadas, asegurando entregas dentro de los plazos y con la calidad requerida.Ejecutar y postproducir contenidos gráficos 2D/3D animados (escenas, transiciones, lower thirds, fondos), listos para uso en estudio o en playout.Qualification & Experience:• Dominio de software 3D (Blender,, Cinema 4D o similar)• Conocimiento intermedio/avanzado en Unreal Engine para integración gráfica• Manejo de herramientas de diseño y postproducción como Adobe Creative Suite• Experiencia en flujos de trabajo broadcast y entornos gráficos en tiempo real• Sólido criterio estético y atención al detalle visual• Diseñador gráfico.Other nice to have:• Proactividad y enfoque resolutivo• Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y en múltiples proyectos simultáneos• Buenas habilidades de comunicación con equipos técnicos y creativos• Curiosidad por nuevas tecnologías (render engines, motion design, XR)How We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
