We are seeking a Designer to join the team to help create innovative brand design solutions and systems for Meta’s portfolio of AI products and experiences. Experience in building and maintaining brand systems, craft, art direction and design thinking are required, as well as experience seamlessly work across various mediums and project types. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a finger on the pulse of current trends. You will be expected to think systematically, strategically defend design decisions and iterate quickly.

You will work independently but also collaborate closely with brand designers and art directors, product designers, content design, program managers, producers and marketing to define and ensure a coherent brand expression across our ecosystem. Required SkillsDesigner Responsibilities:

Design and develop cohesive brand expression systems, including typography, UI, layout, illustration, iconography, and motion systems, with a high level of craft, attention to detail, and consistency across all touchpoints Develop, implement, and maintain clear, comprehensive, and actionable brand guidelines that ensure brand consistency, clarity, and effectiveness across all stakeholders and applications Design and execute brand experiences for campaigns across multiple channels, including owned and earned media, print, digital, and emerging platforms, ensuring seamless integration and brand consistency Effectively communicate strategic thinking, design decisions, and innovative brand ideas to a variety of stakeholders, including marketing, product, using clear, concise, and compelling language and presentation skills Partner closely with product design, campaign creative, program management, marketing, and production to drive brand consistency, providing strategic design guidance and influencing overall design strategy Deliver high-craft work on multiple projects simultaneously, keep project timelines on track and show progress Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in brand design (agency and/or in-house) A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work Demonstrated experience in graphic design, art direction, typography, photography, motion design, layouts & grids, and color theory Skilled in creating and implementing design systems that drive brand consistency and scalability across various touch points, including marketing and product experiences A portfolio that demonstrates branding and communication design experience Experience communicating strategic thinking and design decisions to a variety of partners Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma Preferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:

Understanding of Artificial Intelligence Experience pursuing emerging technologies 8+ years of experience in brand design (agency and/or in-house) Motion experience with AfterEffects or Cinema4D Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms.
