The person in this role will be responsible for implementing AI processes and tools within other DesignRush teams, as well as being responsible for the growth of DesignRush products, including planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution of necessary projects and tasks. This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position. DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires. Goals: Transition all core workflows to AI-powered processes to reduce delivery time by 50–75%. Design and launch AI features that enhance the DesignRush user experience. Continuously monitor, optimize, and expand AI-driven solutions across all departments. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in software development, preferably with PHP, Python, JavaScript, and Laravel. 1+ year working with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and multi-step workflows. Proven track record of launching production-ready AI tools (e. g. , chatbots, content generation platforms, automation agents).

Strong project and product management skills, including spec writing, timeline estimation, and task prioritization. Demonstrated ability to upskill technical teams by creating and implementing AI training processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. Hands-on experience with AI model integration and orchestration frameworks such as: Models & API (OpenAI GPT-4. 1, Claude Opus 4/Sonnet 4, Gemini 2. 5, Grok 4), Frameworks & Tools (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Langflow), Dev Tools & Environments (Cursor, VS Code, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux). Proficiency across the technical stack: Backend (Java 17 (Spring Boot – REST/WebFlux), Node. js (as needed)), Frontend (React/Next.

js, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui), Data Layer (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, S3/MinIO), Cloud & Ops (AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS), GCP, Azure, Nginx/Apache, systems, Grafana/Prometheus for observability)Must have shipped at least one production system involving complex multi-agent workflows (beyond CRUD-level architecture). Ability to provide architecture documentation or repository samples that showcase relevant experience. Comfortable working 6 AM – 3 PM EST. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage company-wide AI initiatives from planning to deploymentDesign, develop, and deploy advanced AI agent workflowsPrototype and launch AI-powered tools, including bots, automation systems, and intelligent content generatorsImplement and orchestrate AI solutions using modern frameworks and direct API integrationsConduct prompt engineering and optimize existing AI codebases and pipelinesDefine and maintain product specifications and technical documentation for AI featuresOversee project timelines and ensure the successful delivery of AI-related development tasksDrive cross-functional collaboration by tailoring AI workflows for SEO, content, sales, and operations teamsEstablish and enforce best practices in AI development, testing, and deploymentEducate internal teams on AI capabilities and support adoption across departmentsMonitor performance metrics and report on productivity gains and ROI from AI adoptionEnsure AI systems comply with relevant data protection regulations and internal standardsThe ideal candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely & quality output through collaboration with other team members.
