Stefanini is hiring a Deskside Technician for one client operating within the pharmaceutical industry in Lisbon.Work model: on site in Lisbon (Olivais/Cabo Ruivo area)Project duration: long termWorking in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support.We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology.In addition, we are looking for a person with exceptional customer service skills, along with the ability to build effective working relationships with both team members and business users, and a flexible and committed approach to work.Job responsibilities:Face to Face IT support of users.Hardware installation, movement and de-installation.Diagnosing problems concerning company hardware (Laptops, iPhones).MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment: installing, maintenance, troubleshooting.New hardware deployment.Job requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical IT environment;General End User technology knowledge;End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);End User Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);ITSM Tool Set (ServiceNow) preferred;Soft skills: Planning and organizing; Attention to details; Problem solving; Analysis; Flexibility; Customer sensitivity: Technical writing skills;Excellent English and Portuguese Language, Written and Spoken;Nice-to-have:Experience with deploying new laptops to users and being aware about Outlook, OneDrive, Hello4Business and Microsoft Authenticator.Past experience supporting or deploying Apple devices that are using the Apple device enrolment program (DEP).Inventory management and Service Now experience is also valuable.What we offer:You will find here not only a challenging and interesting workplace, but also a rewarding work experience, with competitive compensation and benefit packages:Career development: opportunity to grow within the team;Special referral bonuses for recommending your friends;Private Medical subscription;Friendly team who is eager to meet you.What's next:It's best to apply today, because job postings can be taken down and we wouldn't want you to miss this opportunity.
