Check the requirements and apply!Key ResponsibilitiesManage Lifecycle Owning SLA, KPI and driving IT Asset Operations to meet Service Level objectivesDriving & Monitoring queue for request ticket closure for allocation and releaseInstalling, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops in technological environmentProcess gaps analysis which led to Asset Operations escalation and providing fixesManage the operations of Inventory Management function of storesMaterial Handling, Storage & PreservationPlan and execute Asset verification, investigate and report on variances, make necessary recommendations to resolve discrepanciesOperational action points tracking Threshold Stock MaintenanceDaily dashboard publishing Conduct on floor support on resolving the reported issuesReport on customer feedback and potential product requestsYou Are a Person WithExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHands-on experience with Windows and Google Chrome OSOrganizational skills and knowledge of Stock Tracking methodsExpertise in ITIL Incident, Change and Service Request ManagementProven work experience as a Support Engineer or similar roleExperience with office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scannersExcellent problem-solving and multitasking skillsCustomer-oriented attitudeKnowledge of defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)Experience in Asset Management
