Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems/Sciences/IT/Engineering a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, fluency both in Japanese and English (baseline: TOEIC 800 or TOEFL iBT90/PBT570). Experience in delivering IT onsite support. Hands-on experience in resolving problems with Microsoft Windows 11 and common computer applications and desktop software including but not limited to Microsoft 365 Copilot (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), and Web browsers (Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge). Good knowledge of Apple iPhone, iPad and MacOS. Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, printers, video conferencing including hybrid meetings using Webex meeting/Webex Webinar/Teams meeting.
