Your new role As an IT Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support across the organisation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and resolving user issues efficiently. You'll work within a Windows-based environment, supporting systems and users across various levels, and contributing to the stability and reliability of the IT infrastructure.
