Role Description This is a remote, ad hoc Desktop Support Technician role based in Scotland. The technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and related hardware. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting issues, performing computer repairs, and assisting with hardware maintenance. The role involves working independently to address both scheduled and on-demand IT support needs.
