Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a key role focused on managing early morning despatch operations and ensuring goods are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. Ngā kawenga | Key responsibilities Overseeing despatch activities, driver allocations, and vehicle movements for the AM shift.Ensuring all freight is accurately manifested and compliant with chain of responsibility and transport regulations.Liaising with warehouse, transport and customer teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.Capturing and reporting on KPIs, service failures, and process improvements.Leading toolbox talks, rostering drivers, and reinforcing safety and compliance across the board.Ō pūkenga | About you Experience in a fast-paced 3PL, supply chain or logistics environment - minimum 2 years.Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of NZ transport regulations and general freight processes.Ability to lead and support drivers and internal teams effectively.Systems experience - TMW, SAP, E-Cargo, and E-Road highly regarded.Tono mai ināianei | Apply now If you are ready to own our despatch space and keep thing moving with precision and pride - we want to hear from you!
