This role ensures competitive pricing, high quality of service, and long-term profitability by evaluating and expanding telecom network routes, negotiating with carriers, and maintaining strong relationships with international partners. The position focuses on maximizing cost efficiencies, identifying new opportunities in emerging markets, and ensuring VOX Solutions’ services remain reliable and competitive across all destinations.Reports to: Head of Routing - VoiceKey interactions: Sales, Support (Voice)Key Responsibilities:Regional Profitability and achievement of regional and company targets.Set destination strategies to increase Vox’s market share in wholesale voice.Management of bilateral and SWAP agreements to ensure maximum profitability and the best quality of service for various product lines.Manage and optimize routes to regional destinations, focusing on cost reduction, call quality, and reliability.Determine the most effective market-driven pricing for all wholesale voice products to increase volumes and profitability.Monitor and improve the quality of service for your assigned countries.Analyze traffic patterns to identify opportunities for optimizing routing paths.In collaboration with the Account Management team, engage with customers in the negotiation of bilateral and SWAP agreements.Analysis and monitoring of local markets, gathering market intelligence and providing feedback to the Account Management team.Regularly review and update destination strategies to meet market demands and service level agreements.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.A solid understanding of call quality metrics and performance indicators in the telecom industry.Proficiency with telecom billing, routing, and performance management tools.Fluent in English (writing and speaking).Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in international wholesale voice.Join the team and help shape the future of the telecom industry!
