What You'll Do✔ Assemble complex mechanical and electronic components for prototype and series production of UAV systems.

✔ Perform quality checks and functional tests on mechanical assemblies — from mechanisms to propulsion assemblies. ✔ Install and solder wiring harnesses, sensors, and electronics with aerospace-grade precision. ✔ Write and follow SOPs for both assembly and testing, ensuring safety and repeatability at every step. ✔ Conduct mechanical testing and validation based on engineering specifications. ✔ Collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams to troubleshoot, improve, and optimize assembly workflows. ✔ Balance precision with efficiency — your work enables us to scale production without sacrificing quality. RequirementsWhat You'll Need✔ Apprenticeship or degree as a mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics technician.

✔ Strong hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical systems. ✔Experience with quality control, functionality testing, and documentation standards. ✔ Confidence with cable harnessing, soldering, and high-integrity installations. ✔ Ability to write and execute SOPs in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment. ✔ Comfort with small-series or repeat production work, with an eye for continuous improvement. ✔ A mindset built on precision, reliability, and taking pride in craftsmanship.
