As a member of the Contracts Creation team, within Global Procurement, you are responsible for preparing procurement contracts, amendments to contracts, including negotiations of non-commercial terms, drafting or revising contracts, meeting regulatory requirements and DB policies and ensuring the formal stakeholders’ approval for the execution draft, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate non-commercial (legal) clauses with external suppliers regarding procurement contracts and prepare the execution copy of said contracts. Assess the legal risks and mitigate them by proposing alternative clauses in accordance with DB standards and policies.

Manage the contractual stages and liaise with internal stakeholders (e. g. Business Line, Control Functions: Legal, Compliance, Audit etc. ) and vendor as per DB’s policies and KODs. Contribute to template development and playbooks drafting and, if the case, collect/upload the contractual documentation into the contracts management system. Prepare various reports regarding the contract's status, upon request. Skills Essential skills: Fluent in English and Spanish. Degree from an accredited university – legal background preferred. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office is expected (Word and document comparison and track changes, Excel, PowerPoint,).

+5 years’ experience in drafting contracts, negotiations and contracts’ management (with focus on Financial services or IT). Preferred skills: Critical thinking and solid analytical skills, team player, and interpersonal skills. International work environment experience would be an advantage. Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in an effective manner with people having various backgrounds/ hierarchies.
