In this role, you will support our Pulse Survey efforts from a data analytics perspective—turning survey results into actionable insights that help drive positive change across the organization. Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel (incl.
macros) and Power BIAnalyze Pulse Survey data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insightsConduct deep dives into specific business units, countries, or topics as neededVisualize findings in a clear and compelling way, including PowerPoint presentations for HR and business stakeholdersSupport coordination tasks related to the Pulse Survey (e. g.
